  • Unresponsive
  • No Breathing Or Only Gasping
  • Activate Ems - Get An Aed
  • Asphyxial Arrest - 2 Min CPR
  • Then Call Ems And Get Aed
  • No Pulse Within 10 Seconds
  • Start CPR

  • Circulation-airway-breathing

Compression Rate

  • Between 100-120/min
  • Rotate Every 2 Minutes

Compression Pause

  • <10 Seconds

Compression Depth

  • 1/3 The Chest Depth
  • About 1 1/2" (4 Cm)
  • One Finger Width Below Nipple Line
  • Two Finger Technique
  • Push Hard, Push Fast And Allow The Chest To Fully RecoilL

Airway

  • Neutral Position
  • Jaw Thrust For Trauma

Compression/vent

  • 30:2 For 1 Rescuer
  • 2 Fingers
  • 15:2 For 2 Rescuers
  • 2 Thumbs Encircling The Chest
